1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting, interacting with, or using JwngBot in any context — including servers or direct messages — you acknowledge that you:

• Have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
• Meet the minimum legal age requirement of 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

If you do not meet these requirements, do not use the bot.

2. Age & Content Restrictions

The developer does not take responsibility for users who bypass age restrictions.You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Users under 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) are not permitted to use the bot.

• This bot provides access to explicit adult content.
• You must not use it if you are under 18.
• If used in servers, all explicit commands must be restricted to Discord age-restricted (NSFW-flagged) channels.
• If used in direct messages, you acknowledge full responsibility for accessing adult content privately.

3. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to request, distribute, or generate any of the following content through the bot:

• Underage characters, incest, non-consensual acts, bestiality, sexual violence, necrophilia, or real-life exploitation.
• Gore, snuff, hate content, or extremist propaganda.
• Harassment, doxxing, or targeted sexualization of real individuals without consent.

Any attempt to access or promote such content may result in permanent blacklist and reporting to Discord Trust & Safety.

4. User, Server Responsibility and Indemnification

4.1. User & Server Responsibility

• You are fully responsible for how the bot is used in your server or your DMs.
• Server owners and administrators are required to configure permissions correctly.
• The developer is not liable for moderation failures, leaks, or misuse caused by user configuration.

4.2. Indemnification

You aggree to identify, defend, and hold harmleess the bot owner, its admins, and developers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damage, costs, and expenses arising out or in connection with:

• 1. Your use of bot, including any content you request, distribute, or generate.
• 2. Your violation of these Terms of Sevice.
• 3. Your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.

5. Data & Privacy

• The bot may store basic metadata such as channel/user/server IDs, webhook urls, or command executions etc. for service operation and maintainance. This data is typically retained for no more than 90 days unless necessary for server autonsfw settings.
• The bot does not store message content.
• You may request data removal by contacting the developer via the official support channel.

6. Availability & Modifications

• The bot is provided “as is” with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or permanence.
• Features may be added, removed, or modified at any time without notice.
• Abuse or exploitation may result in access revocation.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basic, without any warrenties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The bot developers/owner/admins is not responsible for:

• Exposure to adult content due to improper usage or permission settings.
• Legal consequences arising from users accessing the bot in restricted regions.
• Loss of data or bot outages caused by third-party dependencies (e.g., APIs, Discord, Hosting Providers etc).

8. Termination

The developer reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to any user or server at any time for violation of these terms or at their discretion.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update this TOS at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
